the location IS perfect for train travel. Access to the station is very easy. The room was quiet so i slept WELL. The breakfast had a good variety of choices.
Check-in took a long time. There seemed to be some confusion. the room's space theme felt a bit out of place. the social areas were not very comfortable, especially when the restaurant closed early for a private event.

The location above the main train station worked well. it made travel very simple. breakfast offered a very large buffet. It was delicious.
i encountered weak lighting in the room. lots of switches did not brighten it.

the location worked well because it has access to trains and the metro. service was great, also rooms were comfy. i had super food, lovely rooms. the stay was peaceful. the staff was also friendly and efficient
the room was not clean enough. the bathroom had mold and was very dirty.

The room had coffee making facilities. This saved a lot of morning hassle.
The air conditioning did not work adequately. The room grew quite hot during the night and caused discomfort. I requested assistance to fix this issue. no one came to resolve it.
